A total of 20 trainees, comprising 14 Desuups and 6 Gyelsups, successfully completed the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The closing ceremony celebrated not only the completion of the training but also the commitment, discipline, and perseverance demonstrated by the trainees throughout the course.
